Pros
I started in the middle of the pandemic and was so worried about starting a fully remote position. I would say it is one of the best decisions I have made. I have never joined a company where in the first day I felt comfortable. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly.. I have not come across anyone who isn't willing to help if I have questions or concerns. Thriveworks as a company truly cares about their employees and what is important to us. I feel like part of the Thriveworks family not just a number. As for my department alone I could not ask to be part of a better team. Our Chief Talent Officer is amazing and really knows her stuff. She knows what it takes to not only be a boss but a leader. She gets in the trenches and rolls up her sleeves with the rest of us. We have grown as a department so much in the past year and with that there have been great opportunities for professional growth. Thriveworks is growing in great ways with a lot of opportunity for those who enjoy a fast pace work environment.
Cons
It is very fast paced, it could be a con for those who do not like that type of work environment.
