Clinicians at Thriveworks are all W-2 employees and are eligible for benefits when working (on average) more than 25 hours per week. All new clinicians are paid for their time in our recently updated onboarding training, which includes several hours of live training on our EHR. In addition, a team is available to our current clinicians for live EHR assistance every weekday. That said, we're always working to improve.
