Pros

Flexibility, autonomy, and fantastic clients.

Cons

Pay close attention to the job titles of those that leave 4 and 5 star reviews—almost all of them are written by Senior staff or Anonymous employees, and are typically written after a string of (honest) reviews with 1 or 2 stars. The clinician reviews speak for themselves. The compensation is so low that it is unsustainable, expectation to learn EHR with no live training or compensation for time spent, a complete lack of transparency, poor communication between departments. They falsely advertise benefits, being a W2 employer, etc. It is so misleading it’s sickening.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to share you feedback. We value every review here and discuss them to see where we can do better! I would like to clarify a few things you bring up and would be happy to schedule a follow-up call with our HR team to ensure you have the most current information on our team. You can reach out to us at hr@thriveworks.com or schedule time in our office hours. We're here to help! Clinicians at Thriveworks are all W-2 employees and are eligible for benefits when working (on average) more than 25 hours per week. All new clinicians are paid for their time in our recently updated onboarding training, which includes several hours of live training on our EHR. In addition, a team is available to our current clinicians for live EHR assistance every weekday. That said, we're always working to improve. I hope you'll come to our next quarterly Town Hall (clinicians receive an hour of PTO for attending) for updates on our benefits improvement process, product roadmap, and more. - Marie, Thriveworks HR

Thanks so much for sharing this! We're glad to hear that you've had such a positive experience building your caseload and support from your supervisor. We're actively working to streamline the tools clinicians have to juggle day to day. If you have feedback to share, please pass it along to your RCD — we'd love to hear it. Thanks for being part of the Thriveworks team!

Pros

Being able to provide therapy that helps clients achieve goals and improved functioning; scheduling flexibility; remote and in-office; offers benefits, such as insurance and 401K.

Cons

Company has changed to a corporate focus with financial gain being emphasized; leave is insufficient for clinicians; fee for service pay that does not compensate for admin work; removed management; billing and support department issues.
