Pros

Wonderful and friendly staff to work with. Coworkers continually support one another and the opportunity to get a degree for free while working full-time is a great benefit. Everyone is understanding of each other and an individual does not need to feel guilty for taking a day off of work for any reason.

Cons

Salary is not high enough for staff members. Location of university is in a town that is designed for individuals that already have a family.
