Pros
100% transparent company in terms of compensation and communication. Very little political internal fighting. Employees are incentive to grow their client's business and are rewarded accordingly. Employees are able to take as many days off as they would like. Open communication between senior managers and junior employees.
Cons
You have to 100% self-motivated and a self-starter which does not work for everyone. Company needs to setup a more robust learning environment and foundation to help grow younger employees.
