Pros

-Unlimited PTO -Great people at the mid-lower levels (Coordinators, Specialists, Strategists) -Solid emphasis on DEI

Cons

Where to begin. Like many, I loved Tinuiti at first. I thought I had found an agency that was finally different and really cared about their people. But the people-centric way of thinking was thrown out the window when times got tough financially, and since then the C-suite leadership has literally said they are moving to a client-centric way of thinking. From the 3 layoffs over the course of a roughly 8 month period, to the removal of bonuses/yearly merit increases, to the lack of thought-provoking leadership, to the overallocating of work (Tinuiti's allocation method of determining client profitability and employee workload is wholeheartedly a joke) with no career growth incentive, I lost hope and luckily eventually found another job where I am now very happy and supported. Tinuiti's current way of working is, well, not working. It hasn't been working. When I left, it looked like they were attempting another restructure coming in 2024 to help, but at this point, I have so little faith in leadership that I wouldn't hold your breath if you are considering working here.

Toxic and sinking fast

Pros

Fully remote work from home

Cons

Tinuiti really used to be such a great place to work. The people were great (albeit many still are), the benefits were good and the culture really was fresh and employee focused. I really felt lucky to work here. Unfortunately, as all the recent reviews state, this is no longer the case. Times got tough, as they did for many industries post COVID, and the wheels came off. The C suites lack of real world experience became very evident. Instead of bringing in folks who have actual experience outside of Tinuiti, they crowned themselves the smartest people alive and continued running full steam into a brick wall. Note - They did add a President in early 2023 who actually has many years of experience navigating agencies through change and hard times. However, hanging all hopes on 1 person proved to be a losing bet. The recent restructuring lead by said President was a disaster. Additionally, our CPO ran the once great culture into the ground and replaced it with a toxic mix of fear and instability. It's now a "cover your butt" culture where no one trusts each other and throwing people under any bus to save yourself is the standard. There is no transparency whatsoever. It's truly sad to see how things have ended up for Tinuiti, and the leadership only has themselves to blame.

It was really great until it wasn’t

Pros

The culture, benefits, remote work, flexibility, management, pay were historically all great until the recent reorg orchestrated by the new president. There is still unlimited PTO.

Cons

We were lied to by management since last fall 2023 that the coming “simplifi” reorg (rolled out April 2024) wouldn’t *significantly* change total comp pay. Then I was expected to accept a 30%+ salary cut due to changes in the commission structure, in addition to more work/clients, so I left. I genuinely enjoyed working here prior to this mess but it’s clear that the company is preparing to sell and the “great places to work” and “people first” rhetoric is now completely out the window in favor of the bottom line. Do NOT recommend coming to work here now.
