Tinuiti has so much room for growth and development - which can be a pro and a con. I wasn't there long, but from month 2 I immediately saw how over worked, burnt out and toxic this place was. The way they allocate people (some are across 2-3 MASSIVE accounts) is ridiculous if you want to actually develop good, strategic work and leadership has absolutely zero empathy for you if you're feeling overwhelmed or burnt out. Tinuiti fully puts the business over people and it shows every single day in the way they "lead" and pretend to care about their employees. You are not set up for success here and the lack of resources and day to day strategic knowledge is on full display as you navigate client work and internal processes (which there are 9000 things to do a day). It's very much an "I" mentality here with zero team morale or collaboration which is why if you aren't succeeding in their mind with the 14 hour days you need to work in order to get non-strategic work done, you'll be pushed out immediately.
