3 years ago, CEO approval was 95%. Now it’s in the 70%s - so the approval rating over the past 3 years must be well under 50%. Over that time, Tinuiti has grown from 300 people to 1000. They’ve done it through acquisitions, despite mounting client loses. They are in the process of yet another restructure. Grasping for straws. This leadership team knows little about running a 1000 person agency or how to service enterprise clients. They’ve chosen to follow some very toxic members of the leadership team - and the proof is in the pudding. Leadership is incredibly disconnected from the company and clients. My teammates feel gaslit ignored and disrespected. Leadership is only focused on their valuation and the employee and client experience have suffered tremendously. Politics runs rampant. The wrong people - actually good people terrible trained - are in charge of the day to day, and politics dictates that you have to compliment them and take their feedback unquestioned. Just a horrible environment with no light at the end of the tunnel. Big agency people coming in who don’t know our business or clients. It’s going to get worse before it gets better.
