Bad at Paying you - Anonymous employee Tire Kingdom Employee Review

From the very first day I started working there I heard employees talking about you better make sure they don't mess up your check. I had been working there for at least a month and there was a former employee that kept calling to see when he was going to get his last check. Then another employees got termed and yet again it was followed by him calling for the next 3 weeks to get his finally paycheck. Then later I ended up taking another job and did not think the issue was going to affect me because I had direct deposit. I asked if I was going to have an issue with my final check and was informed that I should not due to me having direct deposit (the previous employees had their check put on paycards). Well when it came time for my last check I was told to come pick up my card I asked why and they said that ALL final check have to be put on a card. I talked to the district manger and he told me that is the only way that I can get paid. Well here it is a month later and I still have not gotten paid and each card they issue me when I call to activate it I am told that it is not registered to men and to contact NTB.
