A great place for people looking for a job that pays. Hard work and long hours are compensated. No problem searching for clients. Tire Kingdom has a solid customer base. Decent pay and commissions. A nice place for mechanics to polish their skills with continuing training. Get to work on the latest cars. There's a great opportunity to make money here. Hit your sales targets and get incentives.

The only pro about working for this company is the discount on purchases and repairs to your vehicle.

Cons

Not employee friendly, does not support or back employees, will fire over an unverified customer complaint. Low pay, unreasonable goals for commissions. Pay structure changes often. Hires from without the company for management positions.
