Pros

I have liked working on cars since I was very young. Working on different cars was also the key source of happiness.

Cons

Upper management is terribly greedy. They regularly want an increase in sales and don't care if employees get stressed due to the additional pressure. For the leadership, money always matters more than employees. They also expect employees to take on additional roles and responsibilities without increasing their pay. This awful approach led to dissatisfaction among employees and a high employee turnover rate.

Pros

Benefits for my family and 401k

Cons

Terrible pay structure. I made Mavis 30k in sales recently with 15k in gross profit and still didn’t make any bonus to support my family of 4. Mavis keeps the money. Highway robbery pay structure. No wonder you can’t hire Store Managers and District Managers are leaving the company.
