Pros

I don't work here anymore. I don't work here anymore. I don't work here anymore. I don't work here anymore. (Sorry, had to give 20 words in this section to submit. These work.)

Cons

Not enough room to describe all the cons going on. I recently found out that the company asked employees to write positive reviews on Glassdoor to offset all the negative (and truthful) reviews that have been posted recently. That is just...I can't even comment. Again, glad I'm not there anymore.

Although it’s unfortunate that your only “pro” is that you are no longer a colleague, we are pleased that you have made a choice that will make you happier in your professional career. We are also pleased that you acknowledge there has been positive change since Donato Tramuto joined the company as CEO. Regarding your comment on Glassdoor reviews – We have been talking about Glassdoor internally. We recognize that our potential candidates will review these comments objectively as they determine if we are the employer of choice for them. As such, we invite colleagues to share their experiences, and would never encourage anyone to write what they do not believe to be true. We encourage open dialogue and invite our colleagues to voice any concerns they may have so that they can be addressed directly.
