Pros

Work from home. Management is approachable.

Cons

Constant management changes across company once the CEO changes. Salary not to industry standards especially for the current employees who are working for more years when compared with those hired recently. The IT departments is headed by program managers who do not have any real world experience in leading IT folks in the past. Seems we are not having more managers/directors compared with the ratio of developers compared with similar sized companies.
