While it is true that many colleagues at Tivity Health use the acronym MSU (Making Stuff Up), your interpretation is incorrect. There is a difference between “Making Stuff Up” and “Assuming” – and when we say MSU, we’re talking about making assumptions. We expect our colleagues to be honest and to always seek to understand before making any assumptions.
