Thank you for your feedback. I agree that it is very important to align business decisions with our company values. We’ve worked hard to develop, promote and hold ourselves accountable to living our core values in all of our interactions – with each other as colleagues as well as with customers, partners and members. I also agree that transforming an organization requires making tough decisions. Sometimes those decisions may impact tenured, passionate, results-oriented and respected leaders. And I know that can be frustrating without a clear understanding of “why”. These kinds of decisions require thorough and timely communication and what I am taking away from your feedback is that we need to assess how well we communicate changes. That is valuable feedback. Our senior leaders want feedback. Ideally, we’d like the opportunity to have open and direct conversations, though recognize that venues like Glassdoor are perhaps an easier way to express concerns.
