And, Donato has definitely brought new life into the business, installing a transformational leadership culture that continues to bear fruit. We hear loud and clear your feedback about taking time to listen (seek first to understand), coaching (Situational Leadership), having the right technology to help us do our best work, and at this time of great growth and change, how important communication is for us all. We also take seriously your comment about attitude and micromanaging. No room for that in our shop. We hope you’ll continue to help model the way with your great attitude (and lead the way to having more stand up meetings!).
