Pros
Very family oriented. PTO for part time. There seems to be a genuine concern for employees. Many bonus and trip opportunities that can be achieved if you are persistent and diligent. Management is hardworking and very loyal. 401k contribution matching. Hard work gets noticed and appreciated.
Cons
Tom James is growing so fast that they can hardly adjust to the growth. There is so much emphasis on sales team growth that the support staff is neglected. Support staff is not generally included in bonus opportunities, stock options or trips. Offices can feel segregated between sales team and administrative staff.
