Pros
Everything, from the way the company invests in you both monetarily and as a person, helping us grow. The stock opportunity is the best I’ve ever seen and so is the business development. The ability to grow and run a team is there should you choose. The incentives, the trips and the people. A lot of people grumble about the pay here on glass door, they obviously weren’t selling enough, I make plenty!
Cons
To start with, the hours are long and it’s a grind, but worth it after the first 12 months. You are after all growing a new business from scratch.
