Pros
you are with a company that wants you to succeed and will do anything/everything to help you you pay yourself; the harder you work the more you will make it is your own business without having to deal with all the small details of actually owning your own company (you decide the clientele you want to have and build a relationship with your clients) once you are established, you have a lot of flexibility in your schedule multiple ways for you to make money (in addition to your commission pay you will also earn bonuses, money towards clothing, and money towards your vacations) you build great relationships with both clients and coworkers
Cons
the beginning is a huge time committment. Know that you can start off strong BUT you will be working long hours with little time for vacation you have to deal with a lot of rejection in order to get all of the yeses. you have to constantly be prospecting and adding new quality names
