*Easy apply & interview process *helpful and friendly trainers * Paid training

Cons

*group interview not private * money is not that much above minimum wage *have to memorize a lot of material in a very very short period of time; exam is not open book, so although you might be fantastic for the job, you’ll/they’ll never know because they go by exam results which is based on memorization as opposed to hands-on learning

Pros

There aren't any benefits to working here. You'd just be wasting your time.

Cons

Tonal lacks direction and structure. Communication is terrible, roles are vague and often overlap, expectations are unclear, management has no idea what it's doing, leadership has no long-term plan set in place, and every decision they make is driven by ego and profit.
