TopTal has been an amazing way to connect with a wider range of companies and teams. As a freelancer I have found their vetting process (both for talent and for clients) to be effective and apt.

At times the process for engaging with clients or tracking work is unclear. Once you've gone through it a couple of times, however, it's easier to navigate.
