* Lack of professional development opportunities. * New PTO policy reduced accrual amount. * No pay equity or clear salary ranges. * Some people in leadership micromanage their teams. * Strategies and innovation are lacking. It’s a reactive not proactive environment. * Increased responsibilities but no increased pay. You have to standby until the new fiscal year to be evaluated for an increase. I don’t know who would agree to something like that. First time I’ve ever heard of that at a company.
