      - mission! - start up environment offers a lot of opportunities to create best practices - people are genuinely passionate about their work and fun to work with - values and guiding principles are a normal part of the day to day

      - Async work culture - Demo days ~3 times a year provide great insight into company goals and projects - Company filled with smart people who push you to be your best and to constantly learn. - Good salary and friendly towards remote work

      Cons

      - 401k program does not have a match. Other than that, nothing that I would say is a major red flag or con.
