Pros

great intensives, prizes, for making sales

Cons

no loyalty, expected to work after hours for no additional pay. no work-family balance & no advancements to next level. Sales is a revolving door. Contently having to train new people to sales it seamed like until they found something better & they would take the sales leads & give them to the top favorite sales people to go after. While the rest of us had to scrounge for anything we could. Copier sales is dog eat dog after all the manufactures came in & bought up the independent companies or put them out of business to cut out the middle man & in the process they cut out all of the money that the sales people made. So now the sales people had to work harder for less money. All decisions are made from Japan & Mgt. are puppets

Pros

Flexible hybrid work, lots of freedom and autonomy, good biz performance and budget, feel respected and valued, pay is much better than the competitor I previously worked for

Cons

Limited opportunities to move up due to small subsidiary size, lots of meetings and some repetitive work, no real office perks like food etc, sometimes work/life balance are not good but it evens out over time
