Pros
The company has well recognized name worldwide, offers better-than-average benefits and compensations for high tech. They have leading technology and hired many good people.
Cons
The company have grown too big over the years. The top management is focused on short term results, they lost sight of the company's core values. The organization is too bureaucracy to get work done. with frequent reorganizations/lay offs, majority of employees are afraid to speak up and take risk for the company's benefits. Not many job advancement opportunities here--full of discriminations and the HR is bias. You either need to quit, come back later to get a better title, or you will need to be in the "boys club" circle to get promoted. It is not about what you do or can do, it is about who you know. If you are good at office politics, never disagree with your manager, then you are safe.
