Company runs " lean " and individuals especially in IT wear many hats. Employees are unhappy and disgruntled IT employees have to be on-call when on vacation. Need to bring laptop, broadband card, cannot vacation overseas. Management will disapprove. Direct managers treat team members with disrespect. No work and life balance at all. It's always work IT Technology is poor coming from a global company like Toshiba Server room is unorganized and below ITIL standards. As a contractor, one will never know when can go permanent Windows team is understaffed ( two ppl) and have to do too much work. Too cheap to invest in technology that will make IT more productive and easier for staff " Don't work there! " to anyone unless you are really desperate for a job. Windows team lead is the epitome of someone " one can not work and co-exist with. "
