-micro-management, heavily scrutinized - overworked, small teams, no work/life balance, FTE on vacation needed to bring laptops - management likes to talk down on employees, low morale in teams. - not so innovative technology for a global company, data center was small and ran hot. - Have to wear many hats even primary job is different - no growth for the mind and $$ - lays off are present too - Lead Windows Administrator was very difficult to work with: ( abrasive attitude, Intimidating)
