Pros

Flexible schedule. Salary. Provides equipment.

Cons

Lack of support. Lack of growth. Lack of integrity. They will work you to the bone which includes weekends. You are responsible for tracking your own bonuses and promotions which they may try and take from you. So keep a paper trail you might need it. Recruiters are bottom of the barrel here and will he doing everyone's work for them in other departments. This makes for a difficult time. The daily meetings are tiresome ad they are every day twice a day and sometimes extra meetings thrown in.

Pros

Flexibility, the people, a culture where people help each other, remote work with option to come into office (although you need to pay for parking to do so)

Cons

This used to be the most enjoyable and rewarding job. I had so, so much fun here. I cried when I left, because Stella has turned this into a dumpster fire. Constantly pinching pennies and costing themselves dollars. Cutting resources, telling recruiters and BDMs to do 3x more with less. Toxic culture once you get beyond your pod, especially if you need to deal with 90% of the folks in Payroll. COMPLETELY disengaged leadership who reads surveys, and then gives corporate lip-service to actual issues once a quarter. Pay is super uncompetitive now, and the company has shifted to marketing to recent high school/college grads. Tons of people have either left, or have been victims of the last 3 rounds of layoffs - another round may be on the way after the merger with TNAA. Culture was once incredibly fun, and now, it's a shell of it's former self. I miss the old TotalMed.
