Pros
Remote work available, but not much else.
Cons
I don't even know where to start. This is a company to avoid if at all possible. Over the past year there have been massive layoffs, coming in waves one after another. Entire departments have been shut down or outsourced, and there are more planned. Management is honest that they can hire 4-5 outsourced employees for every US based one, so they are going to keep pushing to outsource every department they can. Most of those who still have jobs have not seen a raise in 2 or more years. Unless you are upper management, of course. Management and directors will lie to your face repeatedly, and then try to gaslight when confronted. Some directors have perfected the skill of two faced interactions, being as sweet as possible to your face, and throwing you under the bus at the first possible moment. CEO pops in quarterly to be condescending and blow over all the real issues. He had to be the most unlikeable, self important person I have ever worked for. He did in his expensive home and blathers on about his buddies he hired for upper management positions while the employees that actually keep the company going with about how they will pay their bills with all the inflation and no raises and potentially no job.
