Pros

Good experience. Several jobs in one. Part healthcare/part restaurant management/ part nutrition. Plenty of latitude for decision making. Short handed at time. Have to be able to wear many hats at once.

Cons

Not a lot of training. Learned many things the hard way. I have a wide background of many different types of work experience. A young person would have a difficult time figuring this out without making many mistakes.

I liked (most of) my fellow coworkers

Cons

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
