there's a 10% staff discount all part-timers are all about the post-olvl age, so if you're fresh out of Olvl, Alvl, Diploma, ITE, u will make friends people are generally very outgoing
Cons
First, if you're a girl and you work full shifts, you have a 99% chance of ending up doing 10 hours worth of cashiering work in a day. To add on, cashiering is not as easy as it seems (depending on which outlet you join). in the outlet I was in, the cashier POS weren't touch screen, (had to remember certain codes/keys) secondly, management may ask you to push for things like membership, tote bags, etc. Last but not least, you are required to wrap items when asked by customers, and when it gets hectic, you really just have to deal with it. its not the best job if you get stressed easily/have anxiety
