-exciting -slick technology -an app customers engage with, and change how they do business -great culture -supportive of their employees -great salary, car allowance, mileage & ability to make more -the best company tools provided, MAC it up! -senior leadership listens to opinions, hit the CEO or any other senior member of the team up on Slack, they'll message you back! -cool company events, year round -being involved in changing an entire industry -no dress code (be yourself, whatever that is) -a huge team, that keeps getting bigger & better -room to grow professionally in every department -travel to exciting places, conventions, small towns, big city's -contests that rock, the management team put's out contests that help keep the days exciting -snacks in the lunch room, drinks, coffee's, ice cream, BBQ's, Pizza, etc -cool company swag, the last round of hoodies were awesome, cool socks, converse chuck taylors, it goes on & on...can't wait to see what the design team does next !

-there isn't any negatives that I can see, it a great company with great people, many of these people are now more than co-workers to me.
