Pros

* Startup culture * People are always willing to help you and treat you with respect * Friendly environment * Cool and up to date stack, a lot of things to learn, get to experiences a lot of new concept * Flexible working hours, lenient work from home policy * People trust you with your skills

Cons

* Salary and benefits could be better compared to other tech companies in Toronto (doesn't vary much but definitely could be better) * Sometimes changes happen and developers might be the last people to get to know about them. Sometimes it is good because developers are shielded from business decisions/pressures but sometimes it feels like developers don't receive enough information.
