Pros

Your peers(same job title), as you often have “therapy” sessions with each other while on road. They give you a MacBook Air and iPhoneX.

Cons

It starts at the top. No true field sales ops experience with the hallowed “SLT”. The new pay plan is horrible. They try to spin that if one person has a quota of 20 cars and another has 200 car goal, they both get paid the same. How can you justify paying people the same for unequal efforts and work. 75% of the TSE’s are actively looking for new jobs. I’d look in the mirror, and change things fast...
