Pros

It appeared to be a good place to work

Cons

Reality hit, if you’re close to your 3 year anniversary, management will scrutinize to try to get you to either quit or discharge. The real reason, if an employee does not make it to their 3 yr anniversary, they will NOT collect Tradesmen’s share of the retirement dollars.

Pros

They will find you somewhere to work.

Cons

Everything here is inconsistent. They’ll hire anybody like people who’ll come to the job site absolutely drunk and reeking of liquor putting other workers at danger. There’s no benefits. There’s no room to grow. They reserve the better and high paying jobs for Caucasian people.
