Pros
Worked with a lot of very good people who are clients and construction workers. I made some great friends at the Allentown office before transferring to the Harrisburg office to be closer to family.
Cons
Office managers promote a gladiator pit mentality, absolutly no systems training or direction given, the Harrisburg office is the ultimate in micro management, lie on top of lie to keep you selling. You'll rack up the miles on your own car, burn up tank after tank of gas, all for $350.00 a month after taxes for destroying your own vehicle. Absolutely no respect for you or your family. When my dad passed away the Harrisburg manager texted and or called me no fewer than ten times during his memorial service for the soul purpose of harrasment as the reasons he gave for interrupting were unimportant nonsense. And just because you bring a major client in doesn't mean you will get to keep them as the manager will take your clients and hand them to their pet salesmen to stroke his ego and keep him from having a fit like a spoiled child which he does on a daily basis even though the rest of the office truly worked as a team and felt like family. (Allentown Office) Let me be clear as I don't want there to be any confusion. The office that felt like a family was the Allentown office, despite the one spoiled child there. And the office that will give your hard work and ultimately your profits to another rep is the Harrisburg office. Make sure you have everything in order when you leave because even if you have paid for your medical and dental they will immediately cancle it. This is the worst company I have ever worked for, absolutely the worst. It's so bad that you won't believe this place is even legal to be in operation, yet they get away with it day after day. Run , don't walk away from this scam of a company unless your fortunate enough to be hired at the Allentown office.
