Pros
Let me start by saying I am not writing this review out of emotion. I am reviewing my experience with the company. - First Year commission bonus of 850$ per month - You have to the opportunity to help good people find good jobs to support their family.
Cons
- My biggest complaint is that employees(Not the reps, the workers) are for the most part treated like numbers. I understand its a numbers game but if Tradesmen would spend more time treating an employee with respect and understand then I believe they could actually start providing quality workers. - Management had a negative and victim mindset. Every manager I dealt with saw the glass half empty and it was always somebody else to blame. - Extremely poor training. Computer training and then ride alongs for the first week or two. Then after that you are on your own. - Work hours vary. Depending on walk outs, you could have to wake up at 4 am for a whole week then still have to stay in the office till 5-6. Also Saturday and Sunday walk outs are to be expected, - I could go on and on... Unprofessional environment, commission structure is complicated and not near what they promise, no room for advancement, etc. In short, find somewhere else to grow your career. If Tradesmen is all that is available, then good luck and do your best to stick to your values and work hard to be successful.
