Pros

Autonomy Networking Good training materials Cheap company store

Cons

Pay is abysmal Very little support Salesmen become managers, and use their gift of gab to avoid dealing with employee issues. If you disagree with your supervisor in accordance with the company's 'open door' policy, you get fired (Employer at Will). Expenses are impossible to recoup, phone bills mys be gone through line by line every month if you try to expense your cell phone bill (a sales goal perk). Company takes advantage of a bad economy to exploit sales personnel who would otherwise be unemployed.

Pros

They will find you somewhere to work.

Cons

Everything here is inconsistent. They’ll hire anybody like people who’ll come to the job site absolutely drunk and reeking of liquor putting other workers at danger. There’s no benefits. There’s no room to grow. They reserve the better and high paying jobs for Caucasian people.
