Pros

flexibility with schedule insurance and retirement package is good usually a forty hour work week overtime is not manditory decent pay

Cons

if field reps dont work, you dont work paid time off (vacation) is "temporarily" on hold, has been since feb 2009, same thing happened with paid holidays years ago, they never came back. corporate office puts blame on field office, field office puts it back on corporate, can never get a straight answer. if you get laid off for lack of work you lose any vacation time you had built up, you start over considered a new employee. can lose SUBSTANTIAL vacation time

Pros

They will find you somewhere to work.

Cons

Everything here is inconsistent. They’ll hire anybody like people who’ll come to the job site absolutely drunk and reeking of liquor putting other workers at danger. There’s no benefits. There’s no room to grow. They reserve the better and high paying jobs for Caucasian people.
