Pros

Working with a family, everyone is willing to help eachother and work together (when you work with a family you play with a family, have the opportunity to build really great relationships with higher management - can earn yearly sales trips) You get out of your job what you put in, if you work hard you reap the rewards in all aspects Even through the rough economic times they continue to do what they can for employees, including major corporate management pay cuts so that everyone else doesn't have to suffer quite as bad Very good benefits package, vacation time is just fine (everyone has been hurting from this economic downturn - look at some of the dates of those comments, things had to be cut to save jobs) Company based on strong goals and values that everyone can appreciate and should be happy to work for Over 100 offices in over 30 states CEO built himself from the bottom up, he worked hard based off of a love for construction and first hand work experience

Cons

Higher management is dominated by males (industry) Large company with locations all over the country but run by small amount of upper management, at one corporate location, can lead to things going on that the people in charge don't find out about till it's too late (bad lower management, unfair treatment of employees, etc) your going to get this anywhere though...

Pros

They will find you somewhere to work.

Cons

Everything here is inconsistent. They’ll hire anybody like people who’ll come to the job site absolutely drunk and reeking of liquor putting other workers at danger. There’s no benefits. There’s no room to grow. They reserve the better and high paying jobs for Caucasian people.
