-Tradeweb is on top of it's game within the fin-tech sector. The firm has and will continue to pioneer the financial markets. -Upward mobility and great compensation is there IF you put in the effort. You will go as far as your effort takes you. Entitlement is not rewarded here, but rather, hard work. - The camaraderie of trading floor is palpable. It is always a pleasure to go to work in the morning.
