We feel like our culture here is very strong and we are regularly complimented on the amount of effort we put into employee engagement initiatives, introducing work/life balance opportunities and providing the best employee benefits and offerings available.       Pros

      friendly co-workers, nice perks and benefits, good networking opportunities, okay bonuses, great technology support staff, learning opportunities available across the company

      Cons

      poor and weak management, no career advancement, lack of communication from management and upper management, no procedures in place for dealing with problems, very steep learning curve, lots of manual processes

      Pros

      Focus on business and application functionality.

      Cons

      Good focus on application functionality, but the added functionality is developed on a very old technology platform. No interest in new technology or new technologists. Decision makers have been with company for 10 to 20 years and do not respect anyone other than themselves. Senior executives are like high school children. They talk about each other behind their backs.

We are always working to ensure that our development process and trading systems go through a rigorous process to determine the best solutions for our client and constantly evaluate the benefits of legacy and new edge technologies to meet their demands. It doesn’t seem like you work here any longer, we wish you well on your future endeavors.
