there are so many sons and daughters of long time employees working here. they are constantly being favorited and promoted..........this place is far too nepotistic. it's really discouraging being such a hard worker and continually get passed up for title promotions and pay increases in favor of these kids who are really sub-par and unimpressive. they are intellectually lacking and are often very hot tempered, but for some reason that behavior is rewarded. if you're in the close knit group of the company then you are taken care of, and if youre not then you're better off leaving and going elsewhere as the career trajectory here is really limited
