Tradeweb has encouraged and supported me in developing skills that are of interest to me and beneficial to my position. They also have allowed me great independence in shaping the role that I am in today which has been an incredible opportunity. Also, even though the company has nearly doubled in size since I started, it still maintains a relatively small company feel. There is definitely a sense of community and comradery amongst the employees. Everyone is more than willing to share their knowledge and experience, and lend a helping hand when they can. The people are by far the best part.
