They say they are a fintech company, but the technology operations are nonexistent. They do not follow the SDLC; there are no scrum masters to properly run the operation journey; senior management refuses to invest in UI/UX design and all products look like they were styled 20+ years ago; product managers are business analysts at best with no product experience or markets experience; the engineers that work here are sub-par and would not cut it at a real technology firm; the business folks are washed up finance and sales people who have been kicked out of real banks and financial institutions; the sales process is vague and unstructured with no proper feedback documentation. This place is confusing as it lacks proper talent and process on both the tech and business side. It's also very difficult to get ahead unless you are personal friends with senior management. You will find it difficult to excel here and accomplish anything meaningful. Do not work here.
