Fresh ownership and big thinking ideas seem to be moving in the right direction. New CEO wants to empower the employee base who had to deal with a drawn-out and complicated platform migration. Great product in niche industry. Expansion plans galore and doing much better financially since the sale to new oownership. Lots of smart people.

Cons

Product needs to mature, especially important to be more stable. Sales team needs to deliver. Pay could be more competitive.

It was fine for a time. Some passionate and kind people, pretty view from the office. Products are interesting enough. Good healthcare plan.

Cons

Laid off >10% in November 2025, probably due to new private equity ownership. Huge lack of documentation or mentorship. Lots of corporate blather from higher up that makes individual work less effective. Complete lack of career growth opportunities.
