Growing Company! - Anonymous employee Traffic & Parking Control Co Employee Review

I have been employed at TAPCO for several years and can see that the company is growing in the right direction. No longer a mom-pop company (which is a very good thing), TAPCO is working towards becoming a structured corporation. If you are someone who is motivated and likes challenges this is a great organization to work for. All companies struggle with communication, however, TAPCO is one of the few I see trying to change that through company-wide meetings, weekly meetings and updates on the TV's at the corporate office.
