Pros

Easy job, great for a retired overweight driver

Cons

Poor equipment, inward and outward facing cameras, non certified mechanics, poor equipment...reason saying that twice. Unless you are a O/O, don't expect to make anything over $500 a week. Management will try to blackball you from moving on to a better job or will not verify employment. It's better to have no insurance than have company insurance...penalty is cheaper.

Pros

Pays well, easy work, home often, awesome terminal manager that cares for his drivers. Mechanics on site.

Cons

Told you’re working the weekend at 3-5pm on Friday often. Can’t make plans unless you request off work.

Pros

Everyone I encountered in person was always nice and professional (for the most part).

Cons

Management refuses to take accountability and grow up. Employees that foster a toxic environment are not disciplined and even after years of complaints from people across all departments, they're allowed to continue disrespecting people and mistreating them. If you're looking to grow at a company, this is not the company for you. They have their key players already and refuse to even entertain fresh ideas. They're stuck in their old ways and that's the way they'll continue to operate. If you're a young professional, this is not the place for you. You'll get a paycheck, but your growth will be stunted. Also, their raises are very limited. They'll pile on more and more work without fair compensation.
