Pros
Solid insurance, pretty cool things to work on/around
Cons
Horrible/non existant management, forget about raises or promotions unless you have a master's degree, even then if your not in the cool crowd forget it, set hours? Nope, your a contractor and not allowed to have a personal life, the only raise I've ever gotten above $.25 an hour (expect $.10-$.15 on average) was a $2 because I threatened to quit, then they magically had the extra budget. If you ever submit a financial reimbursement form dont expect to get paid back. Management is well known for lieing just enough for you to leave the office then whatever problem you had is forgotten about. I never had insurance because you had to open enrol, I'm ok with this, that's how most companies work, but whenever I would ask about the day I wouldnt get any answer until the day after it closed, that may be up to a month. I was hesitant about even saying anything about this place ever again, but, just recently I kept getting emails and letters from here, so I emailed the HR person to see about what I have to do to get them to stop (I have been not employed by them for a year at this point) so far I've waited 2 weeks with zero reply, I get that its covid times still but atleast have an out of office email
