This is one of the better call center jobs that I've had

No raises even after additional training

Steady paycheck – It’s usually consistent hourly pay, so it helps with bills even if the job itself isn’t enjoyable

Pay and raises are disappointing. The starting pay is okay for quick work, but raises are minimal and not guaranteed to match your effort or performance. There isn’t much room for real income growth, so it can feel like you’re stuck at the same rate.
