Pros

There was no pros working with this company.

Cons

I knew it was a red flag when I was hired after doing background and drug test and no one reached out to me in a full month, even though I knew I passed because I have a clean background and don’t do things to fail test there was still no confirmation for a full almost month. Attempting to call the company was an extremely hard task and they are almost secretive for attempting communication. Their company is extremely disorganized, we was trained under people that was misinforming us the FULL TWO WEEKS we was in training, with FOUR MONTHS worth of paperwork. When informing the trainers how someone may learn different and ask assistance for the experience we was ignored and force to attempt to learn from only reading, (which everyone doesn’t learn like that) When asking questions or having concerns, we were being judged and treated as if we should know more than what we did. When we were asking questions the management and “floor support” would ignore us or skip our questions to watch someone be answered that you know 100% was not paying attention since day one of the class. First day taking calls (again, underprepared and overwhelmed) we was monitored and pull which is a bit much to only have two weeks to learn so much and being judge for small mistakes. It was extremely discouraging to know your trying your best but that’s still not enough. I quit after the training. As I saw this was not a good fit for most people. All work from home jobs should not start from that basis. As it’s easy to send equipment. I felt it may have been better for it to be in person and after the class is down we receive equipment.

Pros

Steady paycheck – It’s usually consistent hourly pay, so it helps with bills even if the job itself isn’t enjoyable

Cons

Pay and raises are disappointing. The starting pay is okay for quick work, but raises are minimal and not guaranteed to match your effort or performance. There isn’t much room for real income growth, so it can feel like you’re stuck at the same rate.
